Bug Description:
Purchased Crom Coins for $34.99. Playstation processed the transaction Thinking it was a simple issue did additional $9.99, but the coins were not added to my in-game wallet. I see you direct people to another link repeatedly to report this issue but you know what on that link there is NO WHERE TO REPORT. Stop wasting your gamers time. Stop giving us a run around and actual do something to help us. I have been loyal to Conan since it came out on pc when moved to ps4 I was miffed about the lack of nudity but coped but this this issue is out right theft and there seems to be no eta on resolving the issue and no talk of compensation for taking our money for multiple days. Give me a real answer to this please not the generic link that goes no where.

Bug Reproduction:
Go to bazaar, purchase coins, receive error message that transaction was successful, but coins could not be added to account. Coins were indeed not added to account.

A lot of people are having the same issue. I just want the Crom Coins I paid for. I was on the fence to begin with on buying them.

This is a known issue with some of the PSN transactions that Funcom is aware of. They are looking into the issue. Please submit a Zendesk ticket for your specific cases.
