Not getting crom coins

I ordered crom coins om the 8th. Tried everything from sony to get my coins and nothing sent an email and this company has no (email support for conan exiles?) Cant find a phone number for this company, i feel like i have been ripped off on my 2,640 crom coins… anyone getting ripped off???
