Paid for crom coins didn't get them?

On ps4 an ps4 pro us offical server3502 unername Chaos31469 an Miss_Chaos31469 we both bought 1200 hundred crom coins each twice so we both spent 20 dollars each an recieved no coins at all i have four playstatiin recipts if need to prove they amount we both spent before u ask i bought them through the buy crom coins tab in the store it linked me ti ps store i bought then it said there was a problem so i tried to buy them again thats why i purchased the 1200 coins twice on both accounts still 24 hrs later no coins even after server reset
