I have now made two separate purchases for crom coins. They have processed through my bank. I still have no Crom Coins in game.
I read the other thread. I turned off the game. I waited 20+ minutes. Nothing.
I attempted an in game help request but there are limited choices for request type and no where to put details.
How do I actually get this resolved? To say I’m frustrated is pouring out lightly.
No coins for me either. Have tried all work arounds. Have submitted a help request. When it comes to money, they should do better before they get hit with legal action

Also please be aware that you will need to use/select the In-game purchase option under Request Type.
You can send a report either by using the ticket form page or by using the in game report feature.
Hi…I bought a premium currency(1200crom coins), but after losing money from my account it still hasn’t arrived… I’d really like to get this resolved somehow please help… I’m playing on PlayStation official servers…

It has been roughly a week since I bought and recieved PS confirmation of Crom, but have still not received the Crom. I was able to buy a smaller set by using the forced Crom purchase when you can’t afford the item you’ve selected. I have since read that we should buy them directly from the PS Store. I’m just looking for confirmation that one day I will recieve them. Has anybody else had a purchase get stuck this long?
