Failure to recieve Crom Coins even when PlayStation confirmed it was bought

I made a purchase of Crom Coins and Playstation confirmed it was bought but once in game, it says it was failed. So how do I get my coins I was owed?

I had to contact PlayStation about the issue. They went through a ton of troubleshooting steps and STILL nothing. Even went back to dam near resetting my PlayStation back to factory and all to see if it would add it to no avail. So here I am with no save game I worked my ass off to design, no thralls I had to level all the way up, and still no Crom Coins I bought. Finally they gave me a refund since it’s obvious Funcom can’t get their crap together.

Did you even open a ticket?

There’s 8 hours between your first and last posts, a support ticket might get a reply within 24 hours, maybe less, maybe more.

The sooner the better. It’s Thursday here in NA. Everyone takes the weekend off, so it might have to wait until Monday if they wait too long.

Ticket was submitted like the day before this post.

Here it is Saturday here and still nothing. Playstation even made sure I was fully refunded. I tried again after losing all my progress by using the tips PlayStation suggested including initializing my system. Used my points from the PlayStation free stars program and it worked that time. So Funcom had best fix their issues. Luckily I didn’t lose my money on that crap.

So finally responded after I start calling Funcom out for failures. This has been nearly a week later from just messages, but even longer after the submitted ticket. Thank God PlayStation already sent me the refund. I would of had to put a cancel on the charges via my card if it went any farther.
