I purchased from coins it’s been almost a full day and they have yet to appear in my game so I can get the battle pass ? Any suggestions and I have restarted the game and my ps4 before seeking help I have a copy of my purchase receipt

Im having the same issue
Perhaps we should all start contacting our state’s attorney general’s office (if we live in in the US or our country’s equivalent). They have a consumer protection division and I’m pretty sure at this point we have enough of a case for them to at least take a look. We’ve paid for a service. There’s no avenue for refunds. FunCom is not responding to the specific issues involving purchases. Any other business that behaved like this would be considered fraudulent. Software companies should be no different.
