Crom coins purchase error/refund

I tried to buy 1200 crom coins for the battlepass that seemed to not go through for several minutes accompanied by an error message for that transaction. Logged out and in again following the error message and the transaction seemed to just not have gone through. Stupidly enough (in hindsight) I made the transaction again this time not followed by an error message and when I logged back in both of them had gone through. I wanted to spend the minimum amount only to buy the battlepass and now I’m left with useless currency because of a buggy market system. I understand the game being broken and buggy but your store too? It’s just getting too irritating at this point. I would like a refund for my second purchase but there is nowhere anything to report or make a request in game. Instead of having fun with my newly purchased thingies now I’m pissed because not even a single aspect of this game is free of bugs.
