Money paid but where are my Crom Coins? FIX YOUR ERRORS

Tried to purchase Crom Coins for the battle pass and twice it said the purchase was good but an error occurred and the coins could not be put on my account (and they haven’t as of me posting this to the forum) I called playstation initially to help but they were less than helpful and whatever they said to do didn’t work. (no surprise) and they said to contact the game creator (which I have, twice). Has anyone had this issue? My money is definitely not in my PS4 wallet and I definitely don’t have the Crom Coins. HELP !! Suggestions (other than banging my head against the wall waiting to hear from Funcom)

Go to Zendesk Funcom. Com there is a section in game purchase which can help you pretty fast from what I have read. Have never had the need to use it so I may not have it just right but many have fixed their issues this way. @Grateful_Rhino

Any issues with the payment system can be resolved by filing a ticket with the Zendesk system. The forum staff does not have access to their tools. sestus2009 is correct in referring you to that system.
