Hi,
if you puchase Crom Coins in Conan exiles > but don’t receive them,
it’s worth a shot to try the following solution.
PlayStation Network Help Chat guided me through this and it worked for both me and my friend.
We are on PS5 so I’m going to guess it’ll work on PS4 as well
If your Console is not activated as Primary: > then Activate it
or
If your Console is already activated as Primary: then Deactivate it > and Activate it again.
Log out of your playstation > Then log back in
log back into Conan Exiles and your Crom Coins should be in the upper right corner 
(I hope this works for you all as well)

On PS5: Settings > Users And Accounts > Console Sharing & Offline Play >
(Enable or Disable)
On Ps4:
Settings > Account Management > Account Information > Activate as Your Primary PS4 (or Deactivate)
