Bug Description:
Unable to exchange Severed Head or Blood Crystals at the Vendors. With the exchange items in inventory, clicking the exchange dialog does nothing even though it is white and not greyed out. Friend in same server experienced same issue.
Bug Reproduction:
After completing Kurak Dungeon, went to exchange the Severed Head and Blood Crystals from the vendors. It didn’t work.
