Decay ... will it ever work?

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:

  1. turn off decay because of the launcher prob
  2. wait 2 weeks
    3.turn decay back on
  3. watch your build poof Yeahh so people who were inworld when we turned the decay back on at 180 hours as well as people we know for a fact where at their bases 2 days ago, had their bases poof. THAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAANKS
