CharEditLight, can or may crash or freeze your game, if you alter npc body, size, or physics. Hair, skins don’t matter, but seems changing them race, size isn’t supported well since the introduction of the game vanity table. Or simply was still bit problematic.
Also it wasn’t updated lately, if i remember right.

Bingo:), altough i found this on my own before I read your reply. It was charEditLight that broke the game. Funny thing is it wasnt some error, but apprently it caused some memory error, like maybe out of memory.Also I managed to make it work, it seems some data was in some way changed that caused this(maybe waht you say , we changed race and size),. So what i did after a lot of trys, I reloaded the backup just before the update, loaded the game with all mods beside the chareditlight, started the server, then stoppped, resubscribed to chareditlight, restarted , joined game and it seems everything is working everything is fine. Even the changed size person is still huge, our half ogre Skalagrim, son of the Hammer 
.Seems the intermediate start of the server corrected whatever data was causing the crash. Strange but seems the truth, I tested it a few times.

Heh you seem to be confounding me with the author of this thread, im another guy that tought at some point we got something similar, so I started to write here my journey , sorry if i made it confusing.
I dont know if the op solved his problem in the end.
