on Siptah, I did put some Royal Lemurian Armour into the Delving Bench which gave me the War Court Armour Schematics which then only taught me how to craft the normal set, not the epic ones.
Posted on the reddit and it seems theres other players with similar issues so i think the problem isnt on my end.
