Deploy horse - finish "Unique thrall journey step"

This may have been reported, sorry if doubling:
dedicated server (home based), with few mods (after last patch).

When deploying a horse, it resolved a journey step
“Get a unique thrall”

Do not know if intended or a bug, but A horse hardly sounds like a unique thrall.
