Hello,
I was disappointed when found out that the upgraded armor looked exactly the same as the normal armor. I think it should be at lease a little different in the model.
What do you guys think?

I personally like that there is no difference because i want to look the same as i looked before because i choosed this armor for the looks.
A model difference would just destroy my look and my fun of using a certain armor if i dont like the change the upgrade does to the model.
But thats only my opinion.

I was thinking about discrete upgrades to the armor visuals like stronger laces or some more padding, while keeping the original esthetic. If that makes more sens?

Well, as long as it does not look dramatically different i have nothing against it.
