How do you fix this problem on xbox. I have all the DLCs payed for the $90 bundle 4 months back. and before i was able to build out of Argossean, Aquilonian, Arena, Frontier, Khitan, Nemedìan, Treehouse, Stable, Turanian, and Yamatai, but ever since i logged on today there is the little green arrow pionting downwards on them as if i dont have the DLC. but i know i do. I payed for them but now that Age of War is out it looks like id have to buy the YEAR 2 DLC to get them back. Im not really sure why they’re not available anymore. It really sucks. I cannot afford spending more money on this game.
Xbox or pc gamepass? Either way no re-purchase required, the issue is something on your end.

Try checking via manage game in games and apps on your Xbox. Also check on single player by going into admin and resetting your points to see if the dlc stuff will reactivate
I usually just quit the game to the title screen and turn off the console. Occasionally, when I turn on my console, and the game is at the title screen, it does not connect to Funcom when I join the server. At that point, none of the DLC, Battle Pass, Bazaar are playable.
I just stop the game and reload. It’s a connection issue for my system, not necessarily a Funcom issue.
You might try reloading your licenses and rebooting the console.

This. I have this issue occasionally in games. I don’t know why it happens, but it does. To make sure that everything is ok, after the restart before you go online check your single player. On admin mode ask for any dlc piece, if you simply gain it then you have no issues. If you still have issues contact Zendesk. I believe they 'll help the soonest possible.

Had the same issue on the xbox yesterday, just went to “home” and “quit” the game from the menu options. Restarted and all my dlc options just showed up again. Happens frequently if you use the “quick resume” feature, always best to “quit” the application and start fresh.

Check to see if you have them installed, for it may be that when you reinstalled the game (dont know if you did) , you forgot to install the dlcs . Or try reinstalling them again for a file may be corrupt
