A friend invited me to his SP game, we entered the Dregs dungeon, went to the boss, the boss killed him after a very short while. A second after his character fell to the ground, mine fell too without taking damage, then the boss’s body dropped into the hole too, seemingly dead, and I got the Steam achievement “Haunter of the Pits” for killing the boss.
Next we both respawned in his base.
