Error setting up PayPal payment method

Hi,

I attempted to set up a PayPal payment method and encountered an error. I emailed you guys about it with additional details to both account@funcom.com and contact@funcom.com.

Please advise.

Update on this issue (2023): a card on file is required for PayPal payments to go through.
