Hi, I’m trying to buy Funcom points but, the payment keeps failing when trying to pay on my debit card, the funds are in my bank. I phoned my bank and they are saying it’s a merchant issue, how can I resolve this please?
Try using paypal for payments to funcom. It usually works with no issues.
