I’m trying to buy funcom points and when I pay it comes up saying payment failed. I have funds in my bank account and all the details are correct they are the same details and account I pay for my monthly subscription.
Can anyone help me? I’m trying to support the game here.
Your bank may still be stopping the payment. I would contact them to review the failed payment attempt.
