For some reason when I try to buy funcom points or now the new sub package it says my payment failed even though I am using good payment. There has been no response from support for days and I am wondering if there is a block there side I can’t find any information about. I have had the account since 2005 so it isn’t like it is new.
Now my account is frozen for no reason… great I love not being able to play a game I pay for.
