Age of Conan has no active support besides in-game GMs, there are no patches, fixes, updates or content planned anytime in the future.
You can submit a request for help via the funcom site, but you’ll be waiting a few months for an answer.

If you spent even a few minutes going through the forums you would see that many people have reported the same problem for a number of years and Funcom have made zero attempt to try and rectify.
Stop subbing and certainly stop buying funcom points. Funcom deserve shit at this point.
