On our server one person trying to connect gets an error most times when trying to connect (but not always):

Any idea what the cause could be of that error?

Additional it seems, when the player enters the MODS before connecting, without changing anything, logging in works.

Do they have a lower end PC by any chance, in particular a low amount of RAM? I don’t think that’s the issue in this specific case, but that is often a likely cause when a server has lots of mods on the server and one person cannot join, but others can.

You could also try asking on the Conan Admin Discord to see if anybody knows there.

No, the PC is more mid to high-mid.
RAM is used approximately by half and is 16 GB.
