Explore the midnight grove journey step impossible to complete

Bug Reproduction:

Enter the dungeon. Complete the dungeon. Journey step does not complete. Some have rumoured if you solo it the journey does complete.

I found that you need to have the Journey active before you take the potion and enter the dungeon.
