Tbh I wouldn’t even fill that form in and give them my Gamertag or server… they might wipe you for daring to question them but in all honesty this isn’t the 1st time this has happened the game has dropped for seemingly no reason, a lot of times and they won’t address it until they know why and have a fix, seemingly as there has been no recent updates id presume it’s server client side but ya never know
Please don’t flood the helpshift system with duplicate reports. There are already a lot of tickets and adding more will not make them work any faster but just slow the help center down linking all those tickets together. I used to work in a similar role for a Tech company (not gaming related) I have heard and have a few theories such as G-portal going through Hardware upgrades, Funcom addressing several stability and game breaking issues with barkeepers and golems, finding, eliminating the bad apples (hopefully) using exploits, just to mention a few. Its seems all servers private and official across xbox PVP, PVEC and PVE are affected. Current estimation for it to be fixed is, asap. I reckon within the next 12 to 24 hours. Making for a total outage of 48 hours max.
This is just an educated guess and I may be completely wrong.
I would like to say I do believe that Funcom like all game studios are not JUST in it for the $$$$ but share a passion for this stuff Like the rest of us and are working diligently to resolve the issues we raise. I just wish they lived up to there promise of better communication about the issues and the fixes for them. So please Funcom, release a statement, I mean, this is what this forum is best suited for, to provide the function for us, your loyal customers.
Every issue you mentioned and some others you didn’t have been in the game since 3-4 some more, updates ago and still happening. Sorry to burst your bubble but it won’t get any better than what we have now. Ok I’m dipping out the forums again just came to check it was on here as they definitely will have seen it..I’m sure someone will let us know when there up again
If there is anything planned going on than there would be a message of the day notice in advance when you’re logging in (oh wait, no one changed this since, when?).
So either this is major bad communication or something went unexpectedly wrong. As it affects all Xbox Servers I would think there is some user validation problem between Xbox services and GPortal/Funcom live service.
We will never know. But I hope they get it sorted out because it runs unfortunately much better on Xbox than PS5, which is still working.

While I would generally agree with you, FC has demonstrably acted based on volume of feedback/requests rather than the context.
It is even baked into their Official server rules.
There’s also been clear misunderstanding from players on HOW to report problems, some believing Zendesk rather than Helpshift is used. Nothing indicating the requirement to reply to the automatic email sent upon ticket submission. Lack of presence on the forums and social media. The silence regarding bug reports. Including but not limited to extended wait times for service up to months and/or auto closing tickets without resolution.
Duplicating your own ticket? No, don’t do that. But affected individuals submitting their own? I say do it.
Yet again players are being affected by a service disruption on a live service game without the decency of acknowledgement, cause and expected resolution timeframe. Unacceptable.
