Fatal Error pop-up when joining private server

Bug Description:

My friend and I were clearing out The Unnamed City and all of a sudden I jumped down a hill and got a fatal error pop-up. Closed the game and reopened with the same pop-up happening when joining the server once again. Tried verifying the local files and repair any broken ones and reopen the game - same fatal error pops up.

Pop-up reads;

Fatal error: [File:C:\B\tech_exiles\code\Engine\Source\Runtime\RenderCore\Private\RenderingThread.cpp] [Line: 805]
Rendering thread exception:
Fatal error: [File:C:\B\tech_exiles\code\Engine\Source\Runtime\Windows\D3D11RHI\Private\D3D11Util.cpp] [Line: 181]
Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0005 - ‘REMOVED’)

Bug Reproduction:

  1. Opened The game
  2. Joined friends’ server
  3. Server is loading
  4. Fatal error pops up on screen
  5. Clicks okay
  6. Game closes.

  • Update Windows (no need to change to Win11 though, just update the current version you have)
  • Update Graphics Driver
  • Change to Default Graphics Card
  • Verify files in Steam
  • Disable NVIDIA Geforce/ AMD Radeon Experience Battery boost
  • Disabling Antivirus/Firewall Software
  • Turn off Overclocking and SLI Technology
  • Reduce PC’s energy consumption

i delete not updated EEWA mod now all work had to try each in single player mod
