Fiery-Hot items no longer provide Warming Buff

Consumables that require Rare Spice, no longer provide a warming effect.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Head North
2.Consume fiery hot items
3.Realise they offer no warming buff
4.Beg Ymir for forgiveness

alcohol still does, atleast absinthe does

Yes, it only seems to affect the items made with rare spice. It appears that all other warming consumables seem to work as intended.
