Fix the chat window

For the love of Crom, fix the chat window.

When I come back from a 10 min break, and a long conversation is going, I like to be able to do shift-up to scroll back, but it keeps resetting at the bottom every time someone else says something…

Shift-pgup, shift-pgdn, shift-up, and shift-down (And shift-end) should all control the movement of that scrollbar.
The way it is currently, is just horrendous.

This has caused me endless frustration as well. Additionally, the last patch seems to have made it so you cannot exit the text field by pressing Escape, but must instead click with your mouse. That’s really been messing me up lately!
