Flawless reptilian armour

I knew that there was a bug so you couldn’t craft the flawless version of the reptilian armour. Just wondering if it has been fixed and if so what armourer you would need?

I don’t know if upgraded versions of dungeon gear is a thing (I’ve only cleared one) but if there is I also can’t craft exceptional versions of it with my level 3 armor thrall

The Flawles Epic Reptilian Armor could be found in the improved armorers bench

You need named armourer to craft flawless. Which one do you need?
