Fly mode and ghost mode not working

hi on single player ps4 using admin fly and ghost do not work. I’m assuming one click should enable this but nothing comes up saying cheat activated like nosprintcost and cloak

I am also very curious as to when this will be patched I hate having to use elevators to build a bridge.
