Bug Description:
The 1977 Official Server has a problem that occurs frequently on weekends and holidays, especially when the server is highly populated. When this happens, the server crashes unexpectedly and shows the following symptoms: Disconnection and connection failure.
The server becomes inaccessible, displaying 0 players online.
The ping appears, but the game does not load. When you try to connect, the loading screen appears but the process never completes.
Error screen: After some time, the error “Connection Failed” is displayed, and the login attempt is aborted. Only returns after the next day: The server only returns to normal after the automatic reset.

Also when u try direct connection you can see that, never goes to the real loading screen really,
- Disconnection and connection failure: The server becomes inaccessible, displaying 0 players online, no one can get in.
- Ping available, but no loading: The ping appears, but the game does not load. When you try to connect, theres a screen that looks like the pre-loading screen (similar to the loading screen), which gives the impression that the game is entering the loading phase quickly. However, this never transitions to the actual loading screen, and the game never fully loads.
- Error screen: After a while, the error “Connection Failed” is displayed, and the login attempt is aborted.
- Only returns after the next day: The server only returns to normal after the automatic reset, usually the following day.
Server behavior:

The issue is more frequent when the server is highly populated, but it also occurs when other servers in the game are highly populated as well, suggesting the problem may be related to overall server traffic or resource strain rather than just a single server’s population.

The behavior is consistent, happening every weekend and holidays, which indicates there may be a resource overload or some limitation during these periods.

Remember that when it crashes, it only comes back in the automatic reset, so there’s practically no way to play the rest of the day (or if it crashes 1 hour after the reset, you can’t even play the current day).
Suggestions for resolution:

Limit construction and placed items: A suggestion would be to implement a construction limit, similar to Dune, to avoid excessive block spamming. Additionally, restricting the number of placeables ( decorations ) could help reduce server strain and prevent crashes.

Allow provider to restarts server after crashes: It could be helpful if G-Portal (or the server provider) could restart the server in the event of a crash, which would temporarily resolve the issue and minimize downtime for players.
LATAM has only 1 Exiled Land PvE-C server, only 1 Siptah PvE-C server and both of them crashes constantly with this.
