Healing arrows dont work on frost giant

Please provide a step-by-step process of how the bug can be reproduced. The more details you provide us with the easier it will be for us to find and fix the bug:
1.shoot healing arrow

Frost giant considered a pet, not a thrall. Dunno if they changed anything in this update, but pets were not effected by healing arrows previously.

Healing arrows have never worked on Giants (or lions, or tigers, or bears - Oh my!).

Unless, of course, you have mods that allow them to work. I can’t remember if it I’d Better Thralls or Sidekick that does it.
