I’m not sure why, i’ve tried with old and new nvidia drivers, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, i’ve tried all the possible possible but i still can’t seem to make fsr work, please help.
I have the same issue, with a RTX 3070, and FSR framegen worked in playtest, so, it can work, the issue is in the release but was not in the playtest.
I’m not even sure why, on amd cards it works as my friend has it and has no problems, seems like most if not every series 30 users gets this bug though. I’ve never seen an official post acknowledging this problem or any fix that actually works.

Every other post mentioning this problem and that had no solution working was posted by someone with a series 30 card, or at least that’s what i’ve noticed.
They made it work before, so, I think it’s not a too big work for making it work again… 
It shouldn’t be, no. That’s if they acknowledge that the problem exists in the first place.
FSR doesn’t work for me either. It’s weird because Dune doesn’t have this problem. I have FSR working in other games as well (Horizon Forbidden West, Frontiers of Pandora, etc.).
