Players may sometimes experience lower FPS than expected. Unfortunately, customer support can not assist with troubleshooting these issues, but you can try these steps to help resolve the issue:

Experiment with your GPU drivers. If your drivers are not updated then it could result in issues with some of your games. If you are running a brand new driver then it’s entirely possible that the driver was rolled out with issues that need to be updated by the driver’s developer, so rolling back to an older version may help. The possibility of incorrectly installed drivers also exists, so try a clean reinstall.

If you’ve made extensive tweaks in your Nvidia control panel or Catalyst control center then consider resetting them to default to see if that helps.

Try running the game with DirectX 9.
