It seems that funcom mail wont be relaid to Microsoft. Since end 2024(december) I dont get any mail from funcom, like password reset or grace buying. I have seen several players on the discord that have the same problems. For some it was Microsoft, outlook, live or hotmail. But several old players could not get a recovery mail, because they use any Microsoft mail.
