I know that I have to go into Zendesk to change my funcom id but for some reason I cannot log into it. I have bought conan exiles a while ago through steam and it made my username as the funcomid..

Funcom changed their helpdesk system and no longer use Zendesk. They now use Helpshift. It is listed in the pinned comment on Official server guidelines, but they did not do a good job of announcing the change.
