Gallaman's Tomb Crocodile Boss not spawning

Tried to farm some Scourgestones and this mini-boss won’t spawn. This isn’t the first server I’ve played on with this exact issue, so I don’t believe it’s isolated to just this server.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. Go to Gallaman’s Tomb
  2. See no miniboss
  3. Don’t Profit?

Check above the cave and see if someone has built there. Landclaim is vertical as well as horizontal, and building above might block the spawn.
