Game crased and lost all attribute points and gear i was wearing

I am playing on PS5. the game crashed. after i restarted the game all of the gear i had on is gone . also even though i am still lvl 60 all of my attribute points are gone and cant be added back

yes i did drink a potion to reset point still nothing
