Game crashes from time to time when pulling thrall on Horseback

Game mode: Single-player (occurs also on dedicated server)
Type of issue: Crash
Server type: PvE
Region: [ Europe ]
Mods?: this occurs with and without installed mods
Edition: Steam

Bug Description: I hit a thrall with a truncheon uncoscious, put a bindings on him, go on horseback and trie to pull the thrall to my base - sometimes this leads to a crash of the game (seems especially if the ´thralls are named ones/cimmerian berserkers but i am not 100% sure, have played the game much). The game doesn´t crash neccecarily immediatly, can happen as long I am on horseback pulling a thrall → risk of crash adds if the way is long. This can occur in all areas of the Exiled Lands map - this never happened to me on Isle of Siptah map (might be chance) - the Thrall has disappeared, when logging in again

This is one of very few Issues I have with the game but is very annoying
