Conan Exiles often crashes when I try to disconnect the game. If this happens I lose many of the changes I’ve made to buildings. The game won’t save most of them.
I select ‘Quit’ then ‘Exit to Main menu’. The PS5 will then often freeze when disconnecting from the game.
Same here also, only it’s PS4. I thought I was smart and found a work around by minimizing to home screen and uploading save data and let that close the game… it worked until it didn’t. Like always knowledge reset to zero loosing recipes found I’m naked barley any inventory started on beach other side of map an when I get back to skull castle everything is gone, inventory falling in sacks out the sky, thralls standing on air ect ect. I’m so done with this bugged out game, Tired of spending hours that get lost cuzz crap save game feature long with many other bugs… sad I wasted money on a game thats broken an unplayable 
Happens to me too, but the failed save affects everything. At least after this last huge update my system definitely won’t save as opposed to appearing like it might
