Bug Description:

Game freezing on disconnection screen. After reloading game half items gone ,weapons missing ,attribute points reset with no points to spend, thralls disappearing. Over 775 thousand exp and only 4 attribute points. The game is un playable at this point . I have uninstaller game and reinstalled and nothing works . Fix your game

Hello Adam and welcome to Conan Exiles’ forums.
It seems that you were the victim of a backup bug following the crash of the game.
When you play solo/coop the data is saved on your console automatically.
Either the closure of the games during disconnection interrupted the backup, or the backup has for an unknown reason was corrupt.
I advise you to make backups of your game regularly on USB keys or if you had the PS more on the PlayStation cloud.
