Game crashes right after intro (first time installation after having it just bought)

So, I’ve just bought the game and downloaded it (20 hours download time, don’t even dare to tell me to redownload) and tried to start the game, but all I see is the intro and then it instantly crashed with a Fatal error message.
Thanks to this stupid forum system I can’t even upload any files, so I will type off the error from the screenshot I took:

Fatal error:

Now my question it, is there any fix to this, or should I just refund it?
