Recently purchased a Zephyrus G16 4090 and have been experiencing this issue in the tag line. I have deleted the game and reinstalled. I have deleted /paks, /saved/, /config, and /ConanExilesSandbox and re verified to no avail. I have no mods installed or subscribed. I would have liked to have at least kept my progress but I really only had my PVE world. If i have to restart I will, but tbh any help at this point is welcomed. Attaching logs as seen requested in other posts is not available to me as I am a new account otherwise I would transmit all via hand but it is late. Thank you in advance exiles

As your error is graphic related this is mostly down to drivers, this poster had issues with graphic drivers and there are a series of steps that you can take to hopefully resolve this issue.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled drivers. I have reviewed the attached post, cleaned my drivers again and downloaded the oldest available driver. My game crashes at the funcom logo every time I click. I can watch the entire intro cutscene but as soon as I click it crashes with the fatal error in the title.

After seeing that you had a similar laptop to someone else that had issues with this @Croxidon finally managed to reslove it for his laptop.

Hey killer just wanted to let you know that after reviewing YOUR notes on the pass through feature of this laptop (which truth be told is not something I was aware of before purchasing this notebook) I downloaded the VDD(virtual display driver for others) and disabled my intel display adapter, Whether or not the latter is necessary I can not determine at this time but in this instance where I was unable to boot past cut scene I can say for certain the issue is now RESOLVED. Thank you kindly. I can submit log files if you’d like to view on your own time still but diverting the display to another worked for me. Thank you cyc. I am glad this worked for you, hopefully it will resolve this issue for many that are having the same issue with the laptops.
