Game has been crashing consistently after pressing “Return to Main Menu”. The loading screen will come on and the bar will be nearly loaded, at that point the game will crash making a loud grinding sound then back to Xbox One Home Screen, or will crash directly and silently to Home Screen.
Whatever was done in the last 10 minutes or so will be lost.
Steps on how to reproduce issue:
1.Play on Single Player
2.Press Return To Main Menu
3.Loading Screen Bar Fills Up Till Almost Full
4.Game Crashes
