Game does not launch from Funcom Launcher

Bug Description:

I can open the Funcom Launcher from Steam. When I click on either ‘Continue’ or 'Launch", the Funcom launcher disappears and then the game never launches. This started happening on Friday 4-7-23.

Bug Reproduction:

I have restarted computer, I have verified integrity of files in steam, I have uninstalled and reinstalled game. With those steps, I get the same bug where the Funcom launcher opens from steam but if I click on either ‘Launch’ or ‘Continue’, the launcher disappears and no game loads.

Same issue for me as of this morning 4/10, also happened previous day, but log in success was random

glad to see its not just me. Just curious how many have the issue or if they did, how do i fix it

well i sent in bug report 3 days ago and every day since, got me 7 more days before all i had on server decays, 2 years of work gone because Funcom unable to fix what appears to be a widespread and reoccuring log in issue
