My game freezes 5-6 times a day and the. I have to restart my game. After the loading screen finishes it says connection to server is lost and I have to restart the whole loading process. This goes on for about 20 minutes until I finally can get back on the game. Lots of people in official server 3752 have the same problem. Please help

Y’all gotta fix the game freezing. Every other time I am in my base my game freezes and I have to close my app and restart.
Mines aswell server 3510 I can go any where Do any thing explore dungeons boss fights whatever but try an go back to my base its like I have a timer I got ten mins do what I got to an get has gotten so bad I had to build a small base next to my big one to continue playing til they fix it booooooooo this needs to b addressed funcom at least tell us ur working on it pleasez
