Game freezes after maximizing or restoring window on windowed mode

Bug Description:

After the todays update, maximizing or restoring the window on windowed mode make the game freeze and crash. Running on windows 7

Expected Behavior:

Maximize or restore normally as other windows.

Steps to Reproduce:

open the game and log on server (using windowed mode), type i or esc to freed the mouse, try to maximize or restore the window, game will freeze and the window will becomes unresponsive, you need to kill the process to exit.
