Game get stuck on the loading screen

I try to enter on at any server and the game gets stuck on the loading screen.

Steps on how to reproduce issue:

  1. load the game
  2. choose a server
  3. the loading never ends.
  4. need to close the game and reopen many times until it works.

Xbox one X
external SSD
200mb fiber internet
no other game has this issue just Conan

Already tried to reinstall the game many times…
