Game is freezing without reason

Hello. From last update with pets is my game nonstop freezing every 15-20 seconds. I was reinstaling windows, updating all drivers, actually using latest updates, my PC is ok. I think there is some problem with game probably, i can see this freezing when i am watching on chests, vaults and still something loading with freezing on place where is not any base or monument. I rly dont know what i can do more, i dont have a problem with low fps but with this freezing is game unplayable for me. I was watching google, lot of players have this problem too so i am not alone but i cant see any FIX or Patch. Please help. Thanks

Someone told me, server is restarting every day 5:00am so i think its not problem of server because someone this problem have too and someone dont. i was watching for reason and i think its weapons, tools and armor if u put on them upgrade kit because i was trying to run like full naked and my game is more smoother and no freezing but i rly dont understrand, whats going on
