Game mode: Online and Singleplayer

We cant do anything anymore! We cant build, we cant harvest and there are no animal or npc’s in the game! WTF!!??? 
The same problem is on single player mode!
This seems to acore after i adjusted some elements in server but after i readjust it, its no different…
